Torque Release Technique & the Integrator
The Integrator is engineered for pinpoint accuracy, targeting specific vertebrae with reproducible results. This technique reduces unnecessary stress on surrounding tissues, ensuring longer-lasting results while enhancing comfort and safety.

Torque Release Technique (TRT) is the most advanced adjusting technique in Chiropractic today. It was born out of drug addiction research & has been featured on the health discovery channel & published in some of the most prestigious scientific journals such as: Nature, Molecular Psychiatry, & on the front page of Psychology Today.
Dr. Mateo is the only chiropractor in Lexington, Kentucky, who has received advanced proficiency training & certification in the Torque Release technique (TRT) & integrator-specific adjustments.
What Makes the Integrator & TRT Unique?
Specific

The integrator allows for pinpoint accuracy adjustments to the exact segments of the spine causing the most neurological & physiological dysfunction in your body. It also delivers a frequency resonance directly to your nervous system at 64Hz. Research shows that primary subluxations (misalignments) resonate at a pathological frequency of 64Hz. This is vitally important because not only is the integrator adjusting your vertebrae, but it is also simultaneously restoring proper nervous system function.
Consistent

The integrator was born out of drug addiction research for its specificity & reproducibility when it comes to chiropractic results. It is designed to deliver the adjustment at 8lbs. of pressure each adjustment, making it extremely consistent & reproducible. If you are the 1st patient of the day or the 100th, you will get the same high-quality, specific chiropractic adjustment to ensure you the best health results.
Gentle

Force = Mass x Acceleration. Manual chiropractic adjustments require a high mass at a low speed to equal a force. The integrator produces an adjustment at 1/10,000 of a second & low mass equaling the same force as a chiropractor's hands. The difference is that it doesn't require twisting or pretzeling your body to get you to tension to make up for the lack of speed of a chiropractor's hands. This method allows you to fully relax and hold your adjustments longer
Recoil

Research shows that recoil is a vital part of the chiropractic adjustment. The less time of contact the chiropractor has with the adjusted area of a patient, the more healing the body can accomplish, by letting the body make the proper adjustments without outside interference. This also allows patients to hold their adjustments longer.
