Gut Health & Weight Loss

Leaky Gut Syndrome (LGS)

Leaky Gut Syndrome (LGS) is a condition that involves damage to the lining of the small intestine, causing incomplete digested nutrients, toxins, bacteria, and waste to "leak"through the intestines & flood the blood stream. The foreign substances entering the blood can cause an autoimmune response in the body, including inflammatory & allergic reactions, such as respiratory & digestive issues, hormone imbalance, weakened immune system & liver dysfunction.

LGS can cause the following symptoms & disorders:

Clinical conditions such as:

  • Excessive Weight Gain
  • Emotional Imbalance
  • Fatigue
  • Head Aches
  • Migraines
  • Hormone Imbalance including PMS
  • Joint Pain
  • Skin Rashes

Gastrointestinal issues including:

  • Abdominal Bloating & Cramps or Painful Gas
  • Crohn's Disease & other Intestinal Disorders
  • Irritable Bowels Syndrome (IBS)

Respiratory Conditions including:

  • Allergies
  • Asthma
  • Chronic Sinusitis

Autoimmune Conditions including:

  • ChronicFatigue
  • Diabetes Melitus
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Lupus
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis

Developmental & Social Concerns including:

  • ADHD
  • Autism

Blueprint Trust Your Gut (TYG)Program

Phase 1 "Extinguish": The Healing & Sealing Phase

We like to use the example of rebuilding a house that has once caught on fire.  When a house is on fire, calling the carpenter is not a priority. The 1st thing on your mind should be calling the fire department because they are the ones that will extinguish the fire and contain it so the fire doesn't spread. So that is why we have named the 1st phase of our blueprint Program "Extinguish: The Healing & Sealing" phase. We must extinguish the "fires" in our gut, then seal any gaps that may have developed in our gut lining. We begin this healing process by removing what we call Intestinal Invaders.  These invaders need to be extinguished because they block nutrient absorption & can slowly release toxins into your body through your weakened intestinal lining. So the focus is on extinguishing what robs nutrient absorption 1st and begin to seal your gut lining before detoxing so your gut barrier is strong enough to withstand a detox. This is what makes the Blueprint Trust Your Gut (TYG) Program so much different from what you may have tried in the past. You don't want to detox 1st before sealing the gut lining of the intestinal tract because you could recirculate those toxins into your blood stream. That's the reason a lot of times individuals get worse or feel sick during a detox.

Phase 2 "Clear": The Detoxing & Distressing phase

Back to the fire scene, after the "fire" is extinguished and the area is sealed, what is usually done? That's correct, there is stress from the aftermath of the fire and the debris have to be removed. This leads to Phase 2 of the Blueprint TYG Program. We call it "Clear: The Detoxing & Distressing" phase. We want to make sure we detox any invasions that can further damage the gut. This is where we make sure that we clear the invaders that were causing the fire & other underlying infections, toxins, especially environmental toxins, & bind them to be removed from the body. In this phase we also support your stress response by addressing the tow 2 hormones that are destroying your health, cortisol & insulin.

Phase 3 "Rebuild": The Restoring & Replenishing phase

Now that we have extinguished what was blocking nutrient absorption, sealed the gut lining, cleared debris from the aftermath, & lowered stress response, it is now time to call in the carpenters to rebuild. We cal Phase 3 of the TYG Program, "Rebuild: The Restoring & Replenishing" phase.  The "carpenters" we call in are beneficial bacteria including the extensively studied HBN019 stand of Bifidobacterium lactis. Then we balance the acidity of the stomach which is necessary for the adequate absorption of proteins, calcium, B vitamins, & iron. We help your immune system by supporting the IgG antibodies which help modulate a normal immune response.
